Fiscal and Administrative responsibilities are two important functions
that can be bothersome, time consuming, and expensive for the owner.
Our management program offers the following services as a response
to these responsibilities. (based on the amount of control you
want us to have over your property).

- Owners will receive a monthly and year-end income and expense
statement along with copies of all paid invoices.
- Rental proceeds can be sent directly to an owner
- Maintain records of paid invoices, warranties, guarantees and
inspection reports.
- Complete check-in and check-out inspections for each
tenant.
- Update owner on the status of their property, for instance
up coming vacancies, lease renewals…
- Security deposits will be handled properly so that deposits
are used according to California law and that both the tenant
and owner will receive proper treatments
- Ensure owner of market rental rate value.
